Simple Ingredients As We Go Along
Heat up a pan on medium flame and add 1 – 2 tsp. of olive oil
Once the oil is heated, add salt & pepper seasoned chicken pieces.
I seasoned the chicken pieces with salt & pepper on both sides.
Cook It Then Flip It!
Let it cook on one side first.
And then flip to the other side.
I added small pieces after one side was cooked since they will take less time to cook.
I covered the pan with a lid so it would release some water with flavors in the pan.
Once all the pieces are cooked, take them out in a bowl and put aside.
Preparation for Onions & Garlic!
Use the same oil, to fry chopped onions and garlic
Stir well and let them cook.
Once the onions are cooked and turn slightly golden brown, add the mushrooms, stir and let them cook as well
Once everything in the pan is cooked and golden brownish, add half a cup of chicken broth/water and stir it and let it come to a boil.
Don’t Forget the Whipped Cream & Cheese!
Once it comes to a boil, add a cup of whipped cream and stir it.
When it starts to come to a boil, add some shredded cheese and let it boil.
Stir it well and add the chicken pieces to the curry.
Stir well, taste the curry and add a pinch of salt if needed. Cook to a boil.
Creamy mushroom chicken is ready to serve.
