On behalf of Expert Village, I’m going to show a couple of ways on how to season a chicken.
The ingredients for the barbecue sauce is for 20 ounces of chicken.
By the way, there is not a specific order on how to add the ingredients.
This time you see I just add in the soy sauce, the oyster sauce and then some garlic, and ketchup.
As you can tell, all the ingredients have some thickness, so you don’t have to add corn starch this time since they would automatically act like some kind of barbecue sauce to stick to the meat itself.
And the last thing is honey. Again, I use my hands to mix the ingredients and remember you have to mix them really well.
You can also mix all the seasonings before you add it to the meat.
